VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.
In addition to an eclectic lineup of musical performers, the festival is three days packed full of an impressive set of workshops and kids activities. We jury our vendors for quality and for a good fit to our patron demographic. To help ensure a successful vending experience, we also limit how many vendors we will have at the event, and we select a good variety of foods and crafts. Click here for more information.
We need you to make this event possible! We have many sponsorship, partnership, and advertising opportunities available including banner and booth space, program book ads, activity tent sponsorships and more. Please contact us for more information.
It takes many dedicated volunteers to make the festival happen, and we need your help to set up, tear down, feed the bands, man the front gate and more. Volunteers get a free weekend pass, a discounted t-shirt, and Thursday admittance to the festival site. Volunteer applications will be available in June. We need help getting the word out about Cornstock. The Street Team helps to spread the word. We’ll send you flyers, posters, and/or business cards to place around your town at places such as coffee houses, music halls, opera houses, music shops, colleges, libraries, other music festivals, anywhere music lovers congregate. Street Team materials will be available in June. Thank you so much for your help!
We are looking for artists from the region to display and sell their works of art at this year's festival. We are dedicated to promoting art in our region, so there is no fee or percentage of sales charged by the festival. Artists should provide their own equipment to display their work in an outdoor setting not to exceed 12x12 feet. Accepted artists will be given free admittance for themselves and one helper, and can camp near their booth if they like. To qualify for the free space, the art should be works that are created to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power, e.g. paintings, photography, sculpture, pen and ink, found art, etc. There is no need to participate all three days of the event. Times are Friday 4pm - dark, Saturday 12pm - dark, and Sunday 11am - 5pm.
