VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED.

Event Date: September 1-3, 2017

Venue: Lazy Brook Park, Tunkhannock, PA (Rt. 6 and Rt. 92)

Set-up: Starts at 9 am on Thursday and should be completed by 4 pm on Friday. Arrangements can be made to camp Wednesday night.

Tear-down: Most vendors pack up Sunday after 5 pm, but arrangements can be made to stay overnight.

 

VENDOR SELECTION

•We jury our vendors for a good variety of crafts and food.

•We prefer craft vendors with handmade or unique items.

•We prefer food vendors with interesting and healthy choices.

•To ensure a successful vending experience, we limit the number of vendors (maximum of 5 main course food vendors, 2 desserts, and 2 drink, 10 craft vendors).

 

VENDOR GUIDELINES

•PA State sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.

•Security for your merchandise is your responsibility.

•Food vendors must have ServSafe certificate and comply with all health department guidelines.  

•You will need to provide your own extension cords, powerstrips, hoses, and splitters.

•You must clean your area thoroughly before you leave the park.

•Any liability insurance covering the Vendor and their staff is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Mindworks Music Productions should be named as additional insured.  

•Vendor camping is available at your booth.

•Well behaved pets are allowed at periphery of stage and vending area.

 

DEADLINES

Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled.  

 

FEES

Craft Vendor (12’ max frontage): $120

•Includes two (2) weekend passes and camping at your booth.

•Electric included if needed. Be sure to bring an extension cord.

Craft Vendor (24’ max frontage): $150 

•Includes two (2) weekend passes and camping at your booth.

•Electric included if needed. Be sure to bring an extension cord.

Food Vendor (30’ max frontage): $180

•Includes three (3) weekend passes and camping at your booth.

•Electric and water included. Be sure to bring your own cords, hoses, and splitter.

•Please be aware the park has limited electric capacity. Vendors needing more than 20 amps are discouraged.

•Small drink or dessert vendors may be eligible for a reduced rate.

 

Additional Passes for vendor helpers/employees can be purchased at a reduced vendor rate of $30 before August 1. Kids 16 and under are free.
